STEP 1
Briefing
The first meeting is with the Technical Staff who will accompany the customer along the entire path: from the initial inspection to handing over of the keys.
The initial briefing is fundamental as it allows the needs and requirements to be analysed so that the project can be realised in line with the customer’s desires. It also allows the preliminary analysis to be correctly formulated, from the feasibility study to the cost analysis.
STEP 2
Project engineering
The team of Technical Designers drafts the design work for the systems and the planning of any demolition and construction work. Every aspect is considered, precisely defining every phase of the project: architectural, structural, plant and safety system design, metrical analysis, authorisation procedures, fire-extinguishing systems, furnishings, 3D rendering and photorealism.
STEP 3
Interior design
We listen to the customer’s requests and interpret them in order to create modern and functional furnishing solutions: the colours, flooring and layout of the furniture really make the difference when you want to give your business a distinctive personality.
The team of architects and designers propose tailor-made solutions by combining the practical and functional needs with the aesthetic aspects.
STEP 4
Management of paperwork
To free the customer of all the various tasks and from worrying, we provide specialised technical support that not only examines all the architectural and safety aspects, carefully checking the feasibility of the project, but we also expedite all the bureaucratic and legal procedures and submit the necessary documentation with the proper offices.
Submission of all construction paperwork (based on the type of intervention to be performed), such as: Routine and non-routine maintenance papers, DIA (start of work registration) papers, SCIA (certified start of work) papers, building permits, SUAP (production activity) papers, Work Completion, fitness for use.

In-house production
We realise every project by taking advantage of the skills of those who know how to transform wood, metal and lights into exclusive emotions, producing in-house through the best “Made in Italy” craftwork but with technology, organisation and industrial equipment, to realise projects that are designed to meet the customers’ desires. We internally produce wooden and metal furnishings, making “Made in Italy” our distinctive strength. The certified internal carpentry (EN1090 EX C2) allows us to produce metal furnishings, following the trends of interior design.

Technical management
We protect the customer’s interests by constantly checking the progression of the work, thus providing maximum control over time, costs, quality and safety.

Outfitting
Once the material is made, specialised teams install the signs and the furnishings within Italy and throughout Europe.
